Fairly clean place with welcoming staff and magnificent view of the mountains. Lovely and fantastic small hotel location right by train, Pragser Wildsee and the Dolomites. A wide range of food options not too far away from the venue: D

location: the hotel was adjacent to the lake braies, the access the slopes and villabassa by bus or train. the room was well-kept, with comfortable bed and a shower, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries in the bathroom.

Stayed in a fancy room with a balcony, and we totally loved it! Our stay was super cozy, and we'd totally recommend this spot to our pals. 🌟.

The hotel offers spacious, outstanding rooms with a balcony that has a partial view of the mountains. the venue staff is top-class and friendly. the hotel's location is exceptionally nice, just next door to Villabassa by bus.

The friendly staff ensures excellent service throughout the guests' stay. Additionally, the delicious breakfast served daily offers a variety of options to start the day off right.

One aspect that could be improved is the limited breakfast selection, lacking fresh vegetables and hot dishes.

We also heard that the dinners were delicious, but unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to try them. this hotel provided excellent value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms weresuper clean and cozy. Parking facilities were available, making it convenient for us to have our own vehicle. The breakfast provided was varied and plentiful, ensuring a good start to our day.

The friendly staff made my stay comfortable, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. I also appreciated the attention to detail, like having adapters available at reception. a great value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Monguelfo. The location was perfect, right in the center of the village. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the room was clean and cozy, with spacious bathrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the host who spoke English quite well. The breakfast was delicious and the cold cuts served were sourced from their own butcher.

Nothing I didn't like, to be fair.

Over Christmas we stayed in a hotel with two free drinks, located in an area with easy access to the mountains and skiing. The receptionist was helpful and recommended a great restaurant for dinner. We loved the cozy fireplace in the lobby, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

Our stay was not without its problems. The heating in the room was barely functioning and we had to request extra blankets.

The staff was friendly and the host went out of their way to make me feel welcome, even accommodating my late arrival without any complaints. The rooms were comfortable, and I especially appreciated having the option of a balcony with great views of the mountains.
